To thoroughly study and implement the spirit of the provincial and municipal work mobilization conferences, and effectively unify thinking and actions into the decisions and arrangements of the provincial and municipal Party committees and governments, the company recently held a special meeting to immediately convey, study, and formulate implementation measures. The meeting mobilized all cadres and employees to anchor goals, act with dedication, and strive to promote the company’s high-quality development with high morale. All senior executives of the company attended the meeting.
The meeting focused on conveying the spirit of the speech delivered by Secretary Wang Qihua at the Municipal Work Mobilization Conference. Combining with the actual development of the company, the eight core requirements put forward in the speech were translated into specific action guidelines for all employees to perform their duties and promote corporate development. The meeting comprehensively reviewed the progress of the company’s current key project construction and production and operation. At this stage, the first batch of wind power projects has been successfully connected to the grid; the biomass cogeneration project has entered the final commissioning phase; the Morocco project is progressing steadily with all preliminary preparations basically completed and is about to start construction. At present, the company is operating at full capacity, and sales are in an upward phase. Sales volume in the first two months increased by 6% year-on-year, laying a solid foundation for achieving a “good start” in the first quarter.
The meeting emphasized that we must closely follow the overall development of the city, base ourselves on the company’s positioning, anchor the goal of high-quality development, and fully implement all work. We must take key project construction as the core engine, adhere to the core business, deepen the segmented fields, and take the commissioning and effectiveness of projects under construction as the starting point to continuously expand production capacity, optimize production layout, and improve production efficiency and product quality. We must strengthen innovation-driven R&D, increase R&D investment, focus on breaking technical bottlenecks and upgrading products, and foster core competitiveness. We must adhere to the strategy of developing the enterprise through talents, improve the mechanism for attracting, cultivating, retaining and employing talents, accurately introduce various professionals, retain core talents and cultivate local talents, enrich employees’ cultural life, improve the employee security system, and enhance their sense of belonging and cohesion. We must take the initiative to expand market space, consolidate the domestic market, strengthen overseas market development, actively explore new models and paths for overseas cooperation, broaden market channels, enhance brand influence, and support the city’s overall development with the company’s high-quality development.
The meeting stressed that all cadres and employees must establish the striving consciousness of “starting with a sprint and gaining momentum from the beginning”, and make a good start for the whole year by striving for a good first quarter. All departments must focus on core objectives such as production and operation, project construction and market development in the first quarter, refine task lists, consolidate responsibilities, seize the golden development period at the beginning of the year, and fully promote production organization, order delivery and customer development. Project teams must work out schedules and carry out wall-chart operations to promote early commissioning and effectiveness of projects under construction, striving for new breakthroughs in production capacity in the first quarter. The sales team must take the initiative to make precise connections, seize domestic and foreign orders, and achieve steady growth in market share. All links must strengthen coordination and efficient linkage, forming a working pattern of unity and joint management. With solid work and tangible results, we will strive to achieve a good start in the first quarter of 2026, lay a solid foundation for the successful completion of annual targets, and contribute greater strength to the high-quality economic and social development of Zhucheng!
