Project Nature: New construction Project Location: No. 2 Xin South Street, south of Zhu‑Zhu Road, Xinxing Town, Zhucheng City, Weifang City, Shandong Province.
Project Content: The total project investment is RMB 900 million, of which RMB 21.39 million is allocated for environmental protection. Based on the existing southern plant premises, the project expands eastward on newly‑acquired land. It covers a total land area of 263 mu, with a total construction area of 122,610 m². A total of 2,075 sets of equipment including wet‑drawing machines, wire‑butt welding machines and electroplating lines will be procured for steel‑cord production.
The project will be implemented in two phases. Phase I requires an investment of RMB 450 million and will deliver an annual production capacity of 50,000 tons of radial‑tire steel cord upon completion. Phase II also requires an investment of RMB 450 million and will achieve an additional annual capacity of 50,000 tons of radial‑tire steel cord.

This public notice shall remain open for 10 working days from its release date. Within this period, members of the public may fill in the public‑comment form and send it by e‑mail or other means to submit opinions and suggestions concerning the project and the environmental‑impact‑assessment work.
