Youth chases dreams; steps never stop! To enrich employees’ cultural life and unite the team for greater progress, the 3rd Mini Marathon themed “Running Towards the Future, Craftsmanship Inherited Forever” was successfully held at Shandong Daye Co., Ltd. on May 3. Wang Faming, Secretary of the Party Committee of Xinxing Town; Li Peiyu, Party Secretary and Executive Vice Chairman of the Zhucheng Federation of Trade Unions; Zheng Hongxia, General Manager of the Company; Wang Jinwu, Chief Engineer, and other leaders attended the event.

At the event, Li Peiyu, Party Secretary and Executive Vice Chairman of the Zhucheng Federation of Trade Unions, and Wang Wei, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and Deputy General Manager of the Company, delivered speeches respectively. They extended warm congratulations on the event and sincere thanks to all participants, staff and supporting units, and encouraged everyone to demonstrate responsibility through running and forge ahead with the spirit of perseverance.

The event also specially invited comrades from the garrison troops, fire and rescue officers and soldiers, guests from Zhucheng Running Group, and all Daye staff to run side by side and compete together, igniting the passion of the venue. Despite the unfavorable weather, it did not dampen the enthusiasm of the participants. Athletes from all departments and positions of the company were in high spirits, striving hard on the track, encouraging each other, measuring their love with steps and interpreting perseverance with sweat.

     This mini marathon is not only a dynamic sports event, but also a spiritual mobilization to unite strength. In the future, Daye staff will integrate the spirit of perseverance and cooperation from the race into their posts and work.
