Construction location: Located in Xinxing Town Industrial Park, Zhucheng City, Shandong Daye Co., Ltd. currently has the North Factory and West Factory areas. The North Factory area is adjacent to Xingchuang Road to the north, Xinxng Road to the south, Yongxing Road to the east, Shandong Shangshang Home Furnishings Company and Zhuheng Kexin Branch of Shandong Wuzhou Electric Co., Ltd. to the west; Xichang District is bordered by Xinxing Road to the north, Gaoxin Road to the south, Xin'an Street to the east, and Xingwang Road across farmland to the east.
Construction content and scale:
The project mainly aims to expand the production capacity and upgrade the technology of the company's existing 300000 ton all steel radial tire supporting steel wire project. The expansion and renovation content mainly includes:
① The steel wire coating no longer uses mineral oil, but instead uses a more superior coating agent to comprehensively improve product performance and increase VOCs emissions.
② Eliminate some old equipment, add waste acid treatment facilities, and renovate and upgrade sewage treatment stations.
③ 249 sets of equipment including direct wire drawing machine, drying oven, variable frequency winding unit, reversing machine, double drum winding unit, open furnace, acid mist purification tower, environmental protection equipment, etc. have been newly purchased.
The main process of the product is as follows: raw material (wire rod) → rough drawing → heat treatment → fine drawing → chemical copper plating → inspection → packaging → high-performance bead wire.
The project will increase the production capacity of high-performance bead wire by 100000 tons per year. After the completion of the project, it will be able to form a production scale of 400000 tons per year of high-performance bead wire for radial tires.
