As the world's largest environmental information disclosure system, CDP's rating standards cover core areas such as climate change, water security, and forest issues. The rating results are used by mainstream investment institutions and corporate clients worldwide as an important basis for evaluating the environmental risks and sustainable development capabilities of partners. A-level certification is a high-level honor in CDP ratings, awarded only to companies that have outstanding performance in environmental management, emission reduction actions, and low-carbon strategies, becoming an "international business card" for corporate green competitiveness. The company has won this honor three times, which is due to its firm practice of systematically promoting low-carbon transformation supported by green energy and green raw materials for a long time.

Green energy can complement each other and build a solid foundation for low-carbon development. The company takes "zero carbon, smart, and efficient" as its core positioning, establishes a strict green supplier access system, prioritizes the procurement of raw materials such as recycled steel and low-carbon wire rods that meet low-carbon standards, and promotes emissions reduction in the upstream supply chain; And increase research and development investment, tackle high-performance and low-energy green product technologies, develop high-strength and lightweight bead wire and steel cord products, help downstream tire enterprises produce more energy-efficient and environmentally friendly green tires, and achieve full chain low-carbon control from raw materials to products. At the same time, a diversified green energy system covering photovoltaics, wind power, and biomass cogeneration has been established. As early as 2015, the company launched a photovoltaic power generation project, using 650000 square meters of building roofs to build a 72MW photovoltaic power station, which can reduce carbon dioxide emissions by 69000 tons per year. On this basis, the company continues to increase its green energy layout, steadily advancing green energy integration projects with a total investment of 1.726 billion yuan. Among them, the 200 MW decentralized wind power project can generate 550 million kilowatts per hour of electricity annually after completion, saving 160000 tons of standard coal annually and reducing carbon dioxide emissions by 420000 tons; The 70 MW biomass cogeneration project will be constructed in two phases, with an annual power generation of 360 million kilowatt hours and heating capacity of 780000 tons after full operation. It can ensure stable energy supply for production and achieve green energy substitution. Both projects will be connected to the grid for power generation in the first quarter of 2026. According to the plan, by the end of 2027, after the completion of the zero carbon industrial park, the proportion of green electricity consumption in the company will increase to over 80%, forming an integrated energy management system of "source network load storage". The annual comprehensive energy cost will be directly reduced by 180 million yuan, achieving both environmental and economic benefits.
