       The project of high-performance bead wire for radial tires of Shandong Daye Co., Ltd. has a total investment of 1.08 billion yuan and covers an area of 200 acres. The newly built plant area is 120,000 square meters, and 448 sets (sets) of production equipment, instruments and supporting public power equipment are newly purchased. The project will realize digital and intelligent construction in production processes such as testing, packaging, and logistics. After the completion of the project, it will be able to produce 200,000 tons of high-performance bead wires for radial tires per year, achieve sales revenue of 1.2 billion yuan, profit and tax 120 million yuan, and take the lead in building a digital smart factory in the bead wire industry.
