In order to effectively improve the company's production and operation situation, enhance the company's economic benefits, reduce pollutant emissions, increase the recycling of waste resources, and in combination with the company's development needs, Shandong Daye Co., Ltd. has launched a comprehensive clean production audit since April 2022. According to the Notice on Issuing the List of Enterprises Subject to Compulsory Clean Production Audit in Shandong Province in 2022 (Luhuan Zi [2022] No. 32) issued by the Department of Ecology and Environment of Shandong Province, the relevant information of the company is now made public, and all sectors of society are requested to supervise the implementation of clean production audit by the company.
1、 Basic information of the company
Shandong Daye Co., Ltd. was formerly known as Zhucheng Daye Metal Products Co., Ltd. It was established in November 2003 and invested and constructed by Shandong Daye Industry and Trade Co., Ltd. In March 2011, the company was restructured as a joint-stock company and renamed Shandong Daye Co., Ltd. The company is currently located on Zhuzhu Road, Xinxing Town, Zhucheng City, Shandong Province, with a registered capital of 290 million yuan and total assets of 6.768 billion yuan. The business scope includes general freight (the validity period is subject to the license); Production and sales of tire steel wire, rubber hose steel wire, steel cord, aluminum wrapped steel wire, steel wire rope, steel nails, aluminum products, metallurgical rollers and accessories, textile machinery and accessories, automotive parts, motorcycle accessories; Spraying, metal surface treatment, hardening, and anti-corrosion (the above projects must be inspected and approved by the environmental protection department before operation); Selling steel, wire, and aluminum profiles; Import and export business of goods; Investment, construction, production, and electricity sales of solar energy projects.
The company currently has three factory areas, located on the north and south sides of Zhuzhu Road and on the east and west sides of Zongsan Road. The waste gas generated in each factory area is treated separately. The company has set up three sewage treatment stations, including two in the southern factory area (including copper zinc wastewater and non copper zinc wastewater treatment stations), which are used to treat the wastewater in the southern and western factory areas respectively, and one in the northern factory area, which is used to treat the wastewater in the northern factory area. The effluent from the three sewage stations is discharged into the sewage treatment plant through the production wastewater discharge outlet DW001 located in the northern factory area. The unorganized emissions of pollutants by Shandong Daye Co., Ltd. mainly come from open aqueduct, painting, sandblasting, zinc spraying, tungsten carbide spraying and other processes. Pollution factors include particulate matter, benzene, toluene, xylene, etc VOCs、 Sulfuric acid mist, hydrogen chloride.
3. Wastewater
Shandong Daye Co., Ltd. has set up three sewage discharge outlets, namely production wastewater discharge outlet DW001 and domestic wastewater discharge outlets DW002 and DW005. The main pollution factors of DW001 are five-day biochemical oxygen demand, chromaticity, total nitrogen (calculated as N), total phosphorus (calculated as P), suspended solids, pH value, chemical oxygen demand, ammonia nitrogen (NH3-N), fluoride, and petroleum. The main pollution factors of DW002 and DW005 are five-day biochemical oxygen demand, chromaticity, total nitrogen (calculated as N), total phosphorus (calculated as P), suspended solids, pH value, chemical oxygen demand, and ammonia nitrogen (NH3-N). 4. Solid waste
The general solid waste generated by Shandong Daye Co., Ltd. mainly includes unqualified products (steel), waste materials (steel, iron), wastewater treatment sludge, household garbage, waste steel wire, sandblasting dust, etc. Among them, household garbage is uniformly treated by the environmental sanitation department, unqualified products (steel) are recycled by the manufacturer, and the rest of the solid waste is sold for comprehensive utilization. The hazardous waste generated by Shandong Daye Co., Ltd. includes waste mineral oil, acid and alkali tank slag, phosphating slag, sludge, acid washing waste liquid, waste electroplating solution, waste degreasing solution, waste lubricant, paint slag, waste cutting fluid, waste hydraulic oil, paint bucket, online monitoring waste liquid, waste filter cloth, and waste reagent bottle, all of which are entrusted to qualified units for disposal. 4、 Implementation of environmental risk prevention and control measures in accordance with the law
The enterprise has established a risk management system and implemented the following measures:
1. Establish an environmental protection system and clarify the responsibilities of unit leaders and relevant personnel;
2. Conduct environmental assessment and completion acceptance procedures in accordance with environmental protection requirements;
3. We have set up a hazardous waste temporary storage warehouse as required and signed a hazardous waste transfer agreement with qualified units.
