On August 22, 2022, in accordance with the requirements of Weifang Emergency Management Bureau to promote the "Safety Production Data Control Project" throughout the city, the emergency management bureaus of various cities held a training course on safety production data control project in our company, providing systematic training for enterprise participants to improve their ability to identify hazardous factors and assess risks. The participants in this training include Li Fenghua, member of the Party Committee and fourth level researcher of Zhucheng Emergency Management Bureau, Zhang Yongsheng, General Manager of China Life Insurance Zhucheng Branch, Sun Zhigang, member of the Party Committee and Deputy Mayor of Xinxing Town, Dou Wanming, Deputy General Manager of Shandong Daye Co., Ltd., and Niu Haiping, Deputy General Manager and Safety Director of Shandong Daye Co., Ltd. Sun Peilong, the director of the Xinxing Town Safety Supervision Institute, presided over the opening ceremony, and Chao Yujun, the trainer of the safety production data control project, conducted on-site training for the students.

Vice General Manager Dou Wanming delivered a speech at the opening ceremony, stating that since its establishment, Daye Group has always adhered to the safety management policy of "people-oriented, life first, putting the protection of human life safety first, firmly establishing the concept of safe development, adhering to safety first, prevention first, and comprehensive management", and preventing and resolving major safety risks from the source. The company has successively passed the establishment of a second level enterprise for safety production standardization and the certification of occupational health and safety management system. In recent years, the company has continued to make efforts in safety risk control and hidden danger investigation and governance, and has boldly innovated management around the safety risk control of all employees and the entire manufacturing process, achieving good implementation results. While achieving results, we also fully recognize the arduous task and pursuit of excellence in safety management work. Therefore, the company will take this "Data Control Project" training course as an opportunity to further enhance its hazard identification and risk assessment capabilities.

Sun Zhigang, Deputy Mayor of Xinxing Town, stated that the achievements of Xinxing Town in terms of safety production cannot be separated from the cooperation of local enterprises with government departments, and even more importantly, from the enhancement of their own sense of main responsibility. The safety production data control project is an organic combination of safety production standardization construction, informatization, and big data. It is a major progress and supplement to the dual prevention system. In the process of implementing the safety production data control project, it can effectively improve the participation and responsibility awareness of enterprise management personnel and frontline workers, transform the ideological consciousness of "I want safety" into "I want safety", and truly improve the quality and efficiency of enterprise safety production management through detailed risk identification and control work.

Li Fenghua, a member of the Party Committee of the Municipal Emergency Management Bureau and a fourth level researcher, emphasized that safety production is a major event that concerns the safety of people's lives and property, the overall economic development and social stability, the "soft environment" for investment and development, and the success or failure of enterprises. Enterprises bear the main responsibility for safety production, and their level of safety production management directly affects the occupational health and life safety of employees, determining the long-term survival and sustainable development of the enterprise. The data-driven management and control of safety production can effectively stimulate the enthusiasm and sense of responsibility of enterprise management personnel, especially job employees, in participating in safety management. It can fundamentally identify and control risks in the operation process, lead the transformation of enterprise employees' risk awareness, and help bridge the last mile of safety production management.

This training lasted for one day, and a total of 46 people from our company participated in it. In the next step, we will further implement the main responsibility of the enterprise for safety production, focus on improving employees' ability to self identify and prevent accidents, form a multi-party control mechanism, and create a "Zhucheng model" for safety production.
