On July 1, the company held the party committee of Daye to celebrate the 102nd anniversary of the founding of the CPC and the commendation meeting of outstanding Communist Party members, to commend the advanced collectives and individuals emerging in various work in the past year. More than 40 company leaders, including Dou Baosen, Secretary of the Party Committee, Zheng Hongxia, General Manager, and Wang Wei, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, as well as some party members and cadres of the company, attended the meeting.

The celebration kicked off with the resounding national anthem. The attendees were dressed in uniform, lined up neatly, and full of energy. Wang Wei, the deputy secretary of the company's party committee, took the oath, raised his right fist, reviewed the oath of joining the party, and once again received spiritual baptism. Together, they reviewed the original intention and mission of joining the party. With the passionate award music playing, the conference commended the outstanding individuals and advanced collectives who have emerged in promoting the high-quality development of the company in the past year. The tire ring party branch was awarded the title of "Advanced Party Branch", and Comrades Dou Yanjun, Ji Xiaojia, and Liu Jinhua were awarded the title of "Outstanding Communist Party Member".

Party Secretary Dou Baosen made an important speech, pointing out that since its establishment, the company has gone through 20 years of ups and downs, and the achievements cannot be separated from the dedication and contributions of its employees. Especially in the three years of the epidemic, under the strong leadership of the CPC and the joint efforts of all employees, we worked together and worked hard to successfully cope with various risks and challenges and overcome many difficulties. Even in the quagmire, we did not mistreat our employees. The reason why the CPC has survived a hundred years of trials and hardships is that it insists that the interests of the people are above everything, relies closely on the people, and serves the people wholeheartedly. We must never forget our original intention, unwaveringly follow the Party, set an example, take the lead, absorb more outstanding talents to join the Party organization, replenish fresh blood for the Party, and promote the high-quality development of the company.

Vice Secretary of the Party Committee, Wang Wei, reported on the annual party affairs work. 2023 is a crucial year for the company's "14th Five Year Plan" development plan, as well as for our Party committee and branch to establish mechanisms, clarify responsibilities, and improve organizational construction. In the past year, we have further strengthened organizational support, enhanced organizational work capabilities, strengthened team building, and recruited 4 new party members and 30 newly registered active party members, greatly expanding our reserve team. Next, we will further make good use of the good method of frontline work, adhere to frontline inspection, training, and motivation, absorb outstanding talents from frontline work into the party organization, and provide strong talent support and organizational guarantee for the company to achieve various task goals.

Representatives of advanced party branches, outstanding communist party members, probationary party members, party member development targets, and active party members have all expressed their commitment to staying true to their original aspirations and missions under the leadership of the party.
