Han Xiaoping, a recipient of the Weifang May Day Labor Medal, benefited from the "Enhancing Su Empowerment" project. She serves as the director of the central laboratory in the company, mainly responsible for production process inspection, new product research, and technological innovation. Since 2018, Han Xiaoping has led and participated in more than 30 projects, won the first prize of Shandong Province Enterprise Technology Innovation, and participated in the application and authorization of 8 invention patents.
