2、 Waste gas treatment
The company's exhaust gas mainly includes sulfur dioxide, nitrogen oxides, and particulate matter generated from the combustion of natural gas; Hydrochloric acid mist and sulfuric acid mist generated during the pickling process; The spray painting process and RTO generate benzene, toluene, xylene, volatile organic compounds, sulfur dioxide, nitrogen oxides, particulate matter, etc.
The company has equipped an acid mist treatment tower at the pickling process site to reduce the emission of acidic waste gas through alkali spraying technology; RTO and zeolite wheel concentration+CO catalytic combustion equipment are equipped respectively in the oil coating and painting processes to reduce the emission of organic waste gas. At the same time, a large number of dust removal devices are equipped in processes such as wire drawing and sandblasting to ensure the environmental quality inside the workshop.
The company has signed an annual testing contract with Shandong Shengyang Testing Co., Ltd. to conduct timely testing of various factors, and the test results meet the relevant standards.

The company has two hazardous waste warehouses located in the north and south, with a total inventory capacity of 1200 tons. Strict records of incoming and outgoing materials are kept in the ledger, and double person and double lock management is implemented.
During the production process of the company, a total of 21 types of hazardous waste are generated, including 9 types of HW17, 6 types of HW49, 3 types of HW08, 2 types of HW09, and 1 type of HW12.
