On the morning of July 15th, the company organized the sixth session of the fifth employee representative conference.

Zheng Hongxia, the General Manager of the company, attended the meeting and delivered a speech. Wang Wei, the Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, Deputy General Manager, and Chairman of the Labor Union, presided over the meeting. Niu Haiping, the Secretary of the Board, Gong Haixia, the Deputy General Manager, Li Xia, the Chief Financial Officer, and more than 80 employee representatives attended the meeting.

Zheng Hongxia pointed out that in the first half of the year, with the joint efforts of all colleagues, the company closely adhered to the development goals of the 14th Five Year Plan, aimed at the development concept of "technology leading enterprise development, innovation forging national brands", maintained strategic determination and high development spirit, implemented development measures, released development momentum through optimized management, deepened innovation empowering governance upgrading; Build with quality to ensure brand development, gather benefits to enhance value creation; Ensure healthy development through precise measures and establish a solid bottom line for risk prevention and control safety; To cultivate talents and stimulate internal vitality, and help upgrade the talent foundation system; Effectively promoting development through the integration of party building and fully implementing planning and deployment; The company's production and sales continue to grow, but due to fierce industry competition, product sales prices have declined, gross profit has decreased, and the enterprise is facing unprecedented operational pressure. But the vast majority of employees have worked diligently and sweat in their respective positions.

Wang Wei said that in the first half of the year, the company took cultural co construction as the starting point, enhanced the connotation of corporate culture as the driving force, firmly grasped the ideological guidance, reasonably constructed the company's corporate culture, carried out in-depth cadre training and typical publicity, and supplemented the ideological calcium of all cadres and employees. At the same time, with a focus on assisting disadvantaged workers and traditional festivals as nodes, we have carried out warmth giving activities to enhance the sense of belonging and achievement of cadres and employees.

2024 is a crucial year for the company's 14th Five Year Plan, presenting us with a more glorious mission, more arduous tasks, and more severe challenges. We must always adhere to the leadership of the Party, fulfill our duties and responsibilities with greater rigor, and have higher requirements. Secondly, we must resolutely obey the overall work situation, with a more accurate positioning for stable development and deeper integration. Thirdly, we must fully leverage the role of the main force of employees, and show more genuine affection and practical measures towards caring for them.

The meeting also voted to pass the draft of the human resources/quality/safety system and other special proposals.
