In her concluding speech, General Manager Zheng Hongxia mentioned that we have seen the achievements of the past year from everyone's job reports. All departments have been able to stick to their posts, work hard, and contribute to the development of the company in the face of complex and changing environments and challenges. However, while acknowledging the achievements, we must also be aware of the existing problems and shortcomings. I have several requirements for the next work plan: firstly, we must have a sense of responsibility. However, our destinies are closely intertwined, and we both prosper and suffer together. The second is to strengthen communication and collaboration between departments. To clarify their own responsibilities, department heads should take the lead, actively communicate and exchange ideas with other departments, understand each other's work progress and needs, encourage employees to communicate across departments, share experiences and insights, and break down barriers between departments. The third is to strengthen team building and talent cultivation. A united and efficient team is the key to overcoming difficulties and achieving goals. Department heads should focus on cultivating employees' abilities and qualities, promoting those who are capable, demoting those who are mediocre, and eliminating those who are inferior, creating a good working atmosphere where every employee can find a sense of belonging and achievement in their work. The fourth is to have firm confidence and face difficulties head-on. The environmental situation in 2025 is still not optimistic. Each department and position should clarify their work goals and refine them into measurable and executable specific tasks. At the same time, an effective tracking and evaluation mechanism should be established. In 2025, management should be further strengthened, costs reduced, sales focused, and reward and punishment measures refined to ensure the comprehensive achievement of the 2025 task goals.
