On the morning of May 16th, the groundbreaking ceremony of Shandong Daye Green Energy Integration Project was held grandly in Daye New Factory. More than 200 representatives from relevant departments of Weifang City, towns and blocks of various cities, municipal departments, financial institutions, and cooperative units witnessed this important moment together. The commencement of this project marks a new milestone for Daye Group in its journey towards green development. This project is not only a vivid practice of the company actively integrating into the overall "dual carbon" strategy and fully practicing the concept of green development, but also a significant leap in the company's energy industry layout.
Dou Yong, Chairman of Daye Corporation, expressed sincere gratitude to the guests present and introduced the important significance of the project in promoting green and low-carbon development. Wei Wei, Vice President of Yuanjing Energy, Wang Liang, Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of China Construction First Engineering Bureau Beijing Company, Qi Shaofei, Deputy General Manager of Taiyuan Boiler Group, and other representatives of the cooperative partners have successively spoken, expressing their confidence in the project and their vision for deepening cooperation.
Green development is the mission entrusted to us by the times. Daye Group will take the commencement of this project as a new starting point, promote green transformation with practical actions, and make every effort to build a "zero carbon factory", setting a new benchmark for green development in the rubber skeleton material industry. The construction of Daye's "zero carbon factory" covers multiple projects such as photovoltaic power generation, wind power generation, biomass cogeneration, energy storage, hydrogen production, etc. It fully leverages the coupling and complementary effects of various energy sources such as wind, solar, storage, and biomass energy to achieve green manufacturing of products. It is planned that by 2027, Daye's "zero carbon factory" will be fully built, and the company's green energy consumption ratio will increase to over 80%. We will strive to create a benchmark enterprise for green energy consumption and a pilot demonstration factory for green low-carbon.
During the 15th Five Year Plan period, the company will always adhere to the development concept of "technology leading enterprise development, innovation forging national brands", fully implement green, intelligent, high-end, and international business development strategies, and continuously enhance and consolidate the company's competitive position in the global rubber skeleton material industry. By 2030, the total production capacity of the company will reach 1.6 million tons, with sales revenue exceeding 10 billion yuan and profits and taxes of 1 billion yuan, making greater contributions to the progress and development of China's high-performance, green and environmentally friendly rubber skeleton materials industry and tire industry.
