The conference kicked off with the solemn national anthem. All party members stood solemnly and sang the national anthem in unison, and the powerful and passionate melody ignited the patriotic feelings of everyone present. Subsequently, under the leadership of Wang Wei, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and Deputy General Manager, all Party members solemnly swore in front of the Party flag. Party Secretary Dou Baosen gave a vivid party lecture full of struggle to all party members based on the development process of the enterprise. He pointed out that there are many old party members present who have witnessed the company's transition from start-up to listing. They have carved the growth rings of the enterprise on the production line with their youth, and polished the "big cause" into an industry benchmark with their hands. The conference solemnly commended outstanding Communist Party members for the year 2024. Zheng Weixiu, Zhao Luhao, and Zhang Pingxi from the Party branches of the government agency, curtain line, and tire bead were awarded the honorary title of "Outstanding Communist Party Member of 2024". Among them, Zhang Pingxi, the representative of the tire bead party branch, spoke and shared his experience of "tackling technical difficulties with party member standards" on the production line, calling on all party members to focus on their positions and strive for excellence.
