       The intelligent transformation project of radial tire steel cord that our company started construction in 2019 includes two parts: steel cord production line construction and intelligent transformation. This project enables the company to become the first benchmark enterprise in the industry to achieve intelligent management and control in the entire process of intelligent logistics, intelligent inspection and distribution, and intelligent packaging.

       The company plans to build a high-performance bead wire project for radial tires with a total investment of 1.08 billion yuan. In addition to the construction of conventional production lines, the project will introduce digital intelligent control technology in production processes such as logistics, testing, and packaging, and strive to be the first to build a digital intelligent demonstration factory in the field of bead wire production, further consolidating the company's leading position in the industry.
